The Enemy From Within : The Secret Shadow Campaign That Interfered In The 2020 Election, Plotted To An Insurrection, and Pre-Planned Jan 6th---Poised To Steal The 2024 Election
Zoom videos and internal documents evidence radical leftwing activists worked with NGO's and federal bureaucrats in a plot to overthrow President Trump during the 2020 election and pre-planned to take over the US Capitol on January 6th to disrupt the electoral count. A multi-year investigation indicates this shadow network is poised to do it all over again during the 2024 election.
Investigative journalist Millie Weaver conducted an investigation into a youth led climate activist organization called the Sunrise Movement and successfully infiltrated the organization. The Sunrise movements internal organizational structured relied heavily on a massive web of interconnected Google docs and Zoom calls meetings for plannings and trainings. This model for organizing was prolific amongst other leftist groups subsequently infiltrated by Weavers team. Once inside the Sunrise Movement, Weaver's team discovered that the Sunrise Movement was partnered with a Spokes Council, lead by a radical street activist group called ShutDownDC. The Spokes Council consisted of dozens of other organizations including most notably: ShutDown DC, BLM, Democrat Socialists of America, Extinction Rebellion, Refuse Fascism, Hold The Line, Beautiful Trouble, Spaces In Action, Feds For Democracy, and Refuse Fascism, just to name a few.
The Sunrise Movement was also part of a coalition, that was created pre-election, called "Protect The Results" which consisted of hundreds of organizations that were conducting simulation exercises and preplanning to activate in the event Trump contested the 2020 election results. However, the over arching theme of the groups was a mutual hatred of President Trump and an agenda to force him out of office. This concerted effort also incorporated Federal Government Bureaucrats that were plotting to subvert President Trump from the inside and working clandestinely with protest groups on the outside. This strategy, mentioned by the group Feds For Democracy in a Zoom call session, was called the Inside/Outside strategy. This group would jokingly refer to themselves as The Deep State or The Swamp.
The fruits of Weaver's infiltration produced hours of zoom video calls, documents, access to a massive web of internal google docs, Slack chats, and an inside perspective into the clandestine operations of these organizations. Some of the individuals participating in the action planning meetings were DHS CISA contractors, Department of State Employees, Department of Labor Employees, Lt. Col Air Force, leadership of leftist protest groups, experts in irregular warfare, AFLCIO members, University professors, high level Democrat Campaign Directors, and Democrat Congressional staffers.
The infiltration revealed that this coalition of organizations was also heavily involved in a concerted interfere in the 2020 election process. Their interference efforts included, conducting massive law fare efforts to stack the voter rolls, making sure their EP activists were involved the Vote By Mail Process, and by imbedding their anti-Trump activists into the electoral system by way of allied nonprofits that specialized in filling out the applications and registrations for poll workers and submitting them to counties in Swing States. But above all else they preplanned a massive campaign to "Protect The Results" and had a contingency plan to disrupt the January 6th electoral count by physically taking over the US Capitol to prevent Trump from receiving the electoral vote in a Constitutional Crisis.
In order to help readers best understand what happened and the material evidence, I will be starting with Chapter 3, the climax of the 2020 election time line, January 6th.
Part ONE - JANUARY 6th
Plotting An Insurrection on Zoom
On October, 21, 2020 Lisa Fithian hosted a 2.5 hour resistance training session along side Patrick Young, the leader of Shut Down DC. The discussion centered around preplanning civil resistance during the 2020 Presidential election process in which taking over government buildings was a central focus of the discussion.
Insurrection on "January Dates, Electoral College"
The dates mentioned for these preplanned activities were: "December dates, January dates, and the Electoral College.

Here's a list of notable actions discussed in Shut Down DC's Zoom Call with Fithian:
Takeover of Government Buildings: Fithian and others talked about the potential for taking over government buildings, including the U.S. Capitol.
Quote: “I don't know if we have clear demands if there should be a coup. You know, obviously, resigned demands set down, but we should be clear. Like, it's gotta go. Trump's gotta go. In order to achieve what they did, they knew they had to take over important government buildings.”
This type of action could violate laws related to trespassing on federal property, obstruction of government operations, and potentially insurrection or sedition, depending on the intent and scale of the actions.
Breaking Windows to Enter Buildings: Fithian instructed participants to break the windows to break into government buildings in order to take them over.
Quote: "But, like, there may be some people that are willing to break the windows to get into the government buildings. Like, if that's what we need to do, then we shouldn't fight about that. Let's do that. Let's take over the buildings."
This would constitute destruction of government property, vandalism, and breaking and entering.

Taking Over Inside Spaces: Fithian shows images of the Capitol in Wisconsin in which protesters it took over and staged protests inside the building.
Quote: "Like, taking over inside spaces gets harder and harder with COVID, but we might need to do it."

Commitments To Not Deploy National Gaurd: Fithian repetitively stressed the importance of getting allied Democrats in positions of power to agree to no allow Trump to deploy the National Gaurd.
Quote: "And then there's the National Guard. National Guard in DC is deployed by the president of the United States. But in every other state, it's deployed by the governor unless the president can invoke what's called the Insurrectionary Act, then he can deploy them. I've been thinking more and more, what would a campaign look like to go to all the Democratic governors and to make a commitment now to refuse to deploy the National Guard against the people, but to only deploy them to protect the people from the white supremacists and the rogue police?
Quote: I know this is perverse, but I just have this hit that we should be trying to get them the governors and the mayors that are progressive to to come out publicly about the National Guard will be used to protect the people from the police and the white supremacists. And not allowing Trump to deploy them into other people's cities.

Encouraging Civil Disobedience with Police: Fithian and other participants discussed tactics for confronting police, including vandalizing or sabotaging police vehicles and using rioters to engage police.
"And so, again, you know, whether it's arming up or whether it's the wall of moms or the dads with the bull horns or white antiracist folks forming perimeters, like, what are the nonviolent ways we can have to create protective barriers between the vast majority of people and those that are doing harm?
And then knowing that if some of the other folks emerge that are gonna fight back, that we need to stay out of their way. We might need to figure out in advance how to build some agreements."
Engaging in planned confrontations with law enforcement could result in charges of assault on a federal officer, resisting arrest, or incitement to violence.
Sharing Maps and Identifying Targets: The Zoom call included discussions about distributing maps (such as the ArcGIS map) that highlighted government buildings and political headquarters, including the U.S. Capitol, RNC, and DNC headquarters.
Sharing such maps in the context of planning illegal activities could be seen as conspiracy to commit criminal trespassing or conspiracy to obstruct government operations.

Wearing Disguises to Evade Law Enforcement: During the session Fithian and others in the chat discussed wearing disguises or altering their appearances.
Quote: "You can use disguises. You can dye your hair. You can wear different things. That's one reason why masks are great right now, but also creativity. So disguise is another good way. Keeping a change of clothes in your backpacks that if you're wearing a white shirt and things get crazy, you can all of a sudden put on a blue sweatshirt."
This could involve charges of obstruction of justice or conspiracy to evade law enforcement. § 22–3312.03. Wearing masks with intent to engage in a crime.

Taking over a TV or radio stations: Fithian proposed the idea of taking over media outlets as a way to communicate with the public and rally more supporters to the cause.
Quote: “But it's like, we might have to, like, take over a TV station. Right? Maybe we're taking over the local TV station and getting airtime to put out a call for people to come join us. I know that sounds crazy. I've always wanted to do it though. Or, so I I want us to think beyond our imagination. In New York, there's a map in New York of infrastructure. It turns out there's 3 antenna that control all the telecommunications. I want nothing to do with that really, but it's like, what kind of communication systems do we have versus what do they have? ” — Lisa Fithian
This is illegal, and could involve trespassing, unlawful entry, and interference with communications infrastructure.

Disrupting Critical Infrastructure: Discussions also included disrupting transportation networks and aiming to immobilize movement in and around Washington, D.C.
Quote: "So let's say another scenario is narrow Biden, we're but we need to get all the votes counted, we need to slow things down. Some of us were talking about maybe we should be organizing car caravans."
Quote: "There's another website that we're looking at, that maps critical infrastructure. So again, I think to myself, if we're in a coup situation and and we're under attack and under fire, how do we, in the safest way possible, start chipping away at the systems and infrastructure they need to maintain power.”
Targeting Republicans, & Trump Boosters: The group considered expanding their actions to target the DNC HQ as part of a broader disruption effort.
Quote: “Or maybe it's a narrow Biden victory and Trump is not conceding. Maybe it's targeting Republicans and telling them it's time to get him to go. Right? So we're thinking through the different scenarios and what might be the appropriate targets and then actions based on that so people can start organizing and getting ahead of it.” — Lisa Fithian
Quote: "So we may decide that we wanna go talk to the media. So where are they? We may decide we need to talk with Trump boosters.”

Targeting Democratic National Committee (DNC) or RNC Headquarters:
Quote: “If we have their phone numbers and lets say theres a key person here (DNC HQ), if let's say there's a narrow Trump victory, we might have to pivot. And at that point, we might need to say we need to target the Democrats and make sure Biden does not concede. Right? So who might all the democratic so in DC, this is a target rich city, but who are all the democratic leaders players in your city that you would want to engage if that was a scenario?” — Lisa Fithian
Quote: “let's say we decide we need to put the pressure on the Democratic National Committee to not have Biden concede, everybody across the country can slam that phone, can call, flood that email box, can take a break. So we we're looking for opportunities to get to the people we care about, and so we want every means available to us. Then we can map them.”

ShutDown DC shared their target list amongst their groups called "DC Opportunities 2".
Hong Kong Style Riot Tactics: Fithian discussed using Hong-Kong Style tactics and trained participants in the methods used, many of which being illegal.
Quote: "So Hong Kong taught us a lot about mass uprising because, again, this is not we're not talking about a protest moment."
Defacing surveillance cameras or any public property is considered vandalism. Using bolt cutters to removing fences or other barriers, especially around restricted areas is considered destruction of property and/or trespassing. Using materials from construction or roadwork sites (e.g., cones, stop signs) to block roads or disrupt traffic without permission can lead to charges of theft or misuse of public resources. Occupying an airport and blocking gates or other critical infrastructure without authorization is considered trespassing.

Lisa Fithian - Meet Professor Occupy
In an article entirely about Lisa Fithian, Mother Jones wrote,
"When it comes to civil disobedience, there’s often a right and wrong way to break the law, and one of Fithian’s jobs is to teach the right way to hundreds of newly minted Occupy activists. Call her Professor Occupy. With somewhere between 80 and 100 arrests under her belt (she’s lost count) over nearly four decades of rabble-rousing, Fithian may be the nation’s best-known protest consultant. Unions and activist groups pay her $300 a day to run demonstrations and teach their members tactics for taking over the streets.
The Mother Jones article asserts that Lisa Fithian is paid to run demonstrations and instruct activist groups, this begs the question, was Fithian being paid to train and lead activists to take over government buildings? And if so, who?
MSNBC covered a large disorderly protest lead by Lisa Fithian in the Texas Capitol in 2013 featured a photograph Fithian.
The Description writes " Halle Boas and Lisa Fithian lead abortion rights chants from the third floor of the Texas Capitol Rotunda in Austin, Texas July 12, 2013.
Now lets fast forward to May 1st, 2024, Fithian lead pro-palestine protestors in large scale campus take overs in coordinated, text book, Fithian fashion. She was filmed leading activists and giving instruction to "presumed students", directing them to chain a metal tables to the Universities doors to form blockades. This video was captured documenting the group as they were actively taking over Hamilton Hall at Columbia University. According a Fox News article, "A facilities worker at Columbia University claims to have been temporarily held hostage by anti-Israel protesters after a mob of anarchists stormed an academic building on the campus and barricaded its doors."
The recent university protests were widely perceived as organic, primarily led by Palestinian students and supporters advocating for Gaza. However, with Lisa Fithian and her group orchestrating the actions, it’s clear these events were highly coordinated and pre-planned. However, Police reported that more than half of those arrested at the protests were not even students.

Internet sleuths worked to identify the rioters at the UNC campus. Maple Osterbrink was identified at the UNC campus take over. Osterbrink is one of the participants on Lisa Fithian's Zoom that discussed tactics for taking over government buildings.

Even more surprising, Weaver’s research into the backgrounds and online activity of participants in Fithian's Zoom calls revealed heavy involvement in the 2023-2024 pro-Palestine protests across the country. Oddly, there was little evidence that actual Palestinians were directing these protests. Instead, many participants on Fithian’s calls were members of left-leaning Jewish non-profits, with their social media accounts showing their active role in the recent pro-Palestine demonstrations.
If Lisa Fithian and her group dress as Palestinians, wearing kufiya scarves and waving Palestinian flags to create ambiguity in public perception of these protests, it's reasonable to assume they may have used other disguises in the past to further their political agenda.
Internal Documents Reveal Plans To Take Over The Capitol On January 6th
The coalition of NGO's, Feds, Union members, and political activists distributed several documents on Google docs which acted as master guides and gave instructions for their coordinated effort during the 2020 election timeline. These master guides acted as a repositories for numerous documents ranging from detailed how-to guides such as "Bird Dogging 101" to self made swing state electoral maps.
The Count:
A website and pdf. titled "The Count" was shared in the groups "Stopping The Coup Guide /Movement Resources" and acted as the subject materials referenced in several of the affinity groups planning and strategy Zoom meetings. The document specifically outlines a contingency plan on January 6th to stage protests inside the US Capitol to make it physically impossible for Congress to meet or vote.

The document The Count, updated on October 14, 2020, predicted a significant rise in mail-in ballots and potential election issues, which could lead to Trump contesting the results. It outlined specific actions to prevent Trump from securing 270 Electoral College votes in case of a constitutional crisis. The authors feared that if neither Biden nor Trump reached 270 electoral votes, the election would be decided by one vote per state, which they believed would favor Trump. To prevent this, the plan called for mass civil disobedience to disrupt the January 6 electoral college vote count by physically taking over the U.S. Capitol.
Constitutional Crisis Scenarios: Zack Malitz discusses what might happen if neither candidate receives 270 Electoral College votes, triggering the decision to fall to the House, where state delegations would cast votes, likely favoring Trump.

Capitol Take Over Strategy For January 6th: Authors discuss tactics to interfere in the electoral college vote count on January 6th if its looking unfavorable for Democrats.
Quote: "Democrats led by Chuck Schumer could delay seeding the incoming senators to preserve their 35 seat majority when the senate votes to count, electoral college votes...to ensure they have the majority"
Quote: "The speaker of the house runs the house and could order the sergeant arms to remove Mike Pence and the senate from the house chamber and argue that because they can't convene in the house, they can't constitutionally count the electoral college votes."
Quote: "The last thing is, of course, to use civil disobedience. You know, members of Congress can organize mass civil disobedience to shut down the capital and delay votes."

"Lead the public in staging mass civil disobedience protests in the Capitol with the goal of making it impossible for Congress to meet or vote."

Sunrise Movement's Office Take Overs Guide
The "Sunrise Office Visit Takeover" guide was distributed amongst the Sunrise Movement and allied affinity groups. We know that Sunrise Movement was part of the "Protect The Results" Coalition and many of their members were present in the October 21st, 2020 Zoom call training to take over government buildings with Lisa Fithian. Sunrise Movement was also on the Election Disruption spokes council hosted by ShutDown DC along with other allied affinity groups. One could ask if these "Office Take Overs" were practice runs for a larger scale and more high risk "Take Over" action in the future.

The Sunrise Movement has done multiple Take Overs at Congress and other government buildings throughout their existence. One noted event, was in 2018 when they did a "Take Over" of Nancy Pelosi's Office which resulted in multiple participants being arrested by Capitol Police.

ShutDown DC Kicking In Doors Workshop
Weavers team gained access to an in person meeting hosted by Nadine Bloch and Patrick Young of ShutDown DC, which conducted training exercises for kicking in the doors of Republican and pro-Trump targets. Subsequently, this group targeted Lindsey Graham and Tucker Carlsons home.

A document titled "Federal Protective Service Security Guard Information Manual on Secure Facilities and Safe Occupants" labeled as "For Official Use Only" was shared in the coalitions Google doc. called "Dealing With Threats".

Who's Behind The DNC and RNC Pipe Bomb?
ShutDown DC leaders shared a target list they created of locations for their disruptive activities. The Democratic National Committee and Republican National Committee Headquarters in Washington D.C. were both on the target list.
According to the FBI the night before January 6th, a suspect wearing a hoodie and a mask placed a pipe bomb at both the DNC Headquarters and RNC Headquarters in Washington D.C. the night of January 5th between approximately 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The locations that were targeted by the unknown pipe bomber suspect are two of the addresses listed as targets on ShutDown D.C.'s target list.

Working With Federal Government Bureaucrats On The Inside
Feds For Democracy
On October 28, 2020, a secret Zoom meeting took place between a group of subversive Marxists inside the US federal government, military, intelligence community and White House admins in participation with far-left protest organizations and Union leaders. The topics revolved around two main objectives: 1) Preplanning for potential coup scenarios in the upcoming 2020 election where Trump contests the election due to mail-in ballots or election irregularities; and 2) advising federal workers for tactics on how to covertly subvert the US Government from the inside.
The nearly 2 hour long Zoom meeting was recorded by an infiltrator that was imbedded inside the Sunrise Movement and navigated their way up the left wing affinity group structure.
The Zoom workshop titled "Feds For Democracy" took place on the evening of October 28th, 2020, that was hosted by Democracy Kitchen, Feds For Democracy, and ShutDown DC. The meeting was lead by Laura Adams, who works at the (DRG Center) at the U.S. Agency for International Development and Nadine Bloch of ShutDown DC, with special speakers Maddy Salzman, who works at the Department of Energy, Maria Stephan, a former foreign affairs officer at the U.S. Department of State and NATO, and Sarah Starrett, a US Dept. of Labor Attorney. At its peak, about 150 participants were on the call.

Feds For Democracy shared this document titled "Activism Resources For Federal Employees Guide" at the end of the meeting. The document detailed tactics for government bureaucrats to engage in subversion and sabotage in the work place under the radar. The document also linked out to the "Stopping The Coup/Movement Resources" guide.
While the co-host was switching groups out of their break out rooms a slip on the hosts part revealed a screen showing the host of the Federal Workers Action Workshop was ShutDown DC leader Patrick Young.

ShutDown DC hosted several simulation exercises which featured an interactive simulation game where participants, organized into teams representing fictitious political and activist groups, were tasked with strategizing responses to potential post-election crises. The teams discussed potential issues like mail-in ballot disputes and attempts to disrupt the vote-counting process, developing plans that ranged from mass protests and direct action to media campaigns and legal interventions.

Millie Weaver Warned Law Enforcement
Millie Weaver had multiple email correspondences with various D.C. law enforcement agencies. Weaver sent an email chain to Secret Service, Department of Homeland Security, DC Police with documents attached and materials evidence that radical protest groups were planning to take over government buildings, target infrastructure, and had a list of civilian, political, and media targets mapped out in D.C.
Weaver texted with a Washington D.C police detective and helped give them information they requested about the coalition of affinity groups activities
Law enforcement never followed up any further or attempted to gain any other information from Weaver in the weeks leading up to January 6th nor after.

Sund Requested National Guard Ahead of January 6th, Gets Refused
The former chief of U.S. Capitol Police Steven Sund says security officials at the House and Senate denied his early requests to call in the National Guard ahead of January 6th.

Sund told the Post that Nancy Pelosi's House Sergeant-at-Arms Paul Irving was concerned with the "optics" of declaring an emergency ahead of the protests and rejected a National Guard presence. He says Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Michael Stenger recommended that he informally request the Guard to be ready in case it was needed to maintain security.
Sund says he requested assistance six times ahead of and during the attack on the Capitol. Each of those requests were denied or delayed, he says.
According to former President Donald Trump, he also requested to have the National Guard there to be ready, but his requests were denied by those at the Capitol in charge of the security decisions, controlled by Pelosi.
The House Sergeant-at-Arms acts under the direction of the Speaker or the House, who was Nancy Pelosi at the time.
Trump Requested The National Guard, Pentagon Refused
"I definitely gave the number of 10,000 National Guardsmen, and [said] I think you should have 10,000 of the National Guard ready," Trump told the news channel during a February 28, 2021, interview. "They took that number. From what I understand, they gave it to the people at the Capitol, which is controlled by Pelosi. And I heard they rejected it because they didn't think it would look good. So, you know, that was a big mistake."
Previously concealed by the Biden-Harris Administrations Department of Defense, the House Subcommittee on Oversight obtained statements by key personnel involved in the deployment of the D.C. National Guard to the U.S. Capitol on January 6th.

John Sullivan, a professional rioter, who is a member of an Antifa and Black Lives Matter member, participating in the "storming of the US Capitol" on January 6th. He filmed himself participating and cheering others on as they broke windows made their way into the building.

Insurgence USA posted informational graphics and trainings on how to form an affinity group.
John Sullivan is a leader of an AntiFa Affinity group called Insurgence USA, and a BLM member associated with the Black Fist Coalition. Note: a coalition is a body of multiple affinity groups and organizations that come together for a united action in which groups can play differing roles in the success of an action.
Notice that a screenshot of John Sullivans telegram chat "Insurgence USA Broadcast" shows that he was advertising a meet up location for his affinity group members on January 6th at the Washington monument at 11AM. Notice his January 6th event is hosted by "Insurgence USA and The Black Fist Coalition. This points to a large network of affinity groups having plans to be present on January 6th at this meet up location.
In fact John Sullivan advertised the January 6th meet up event on nearly all of his platforms.
On January 2, 2021, Sullivan posted a "Chud Alert' inside his telegram warning "Trump supporters targeting BLM supporters buses and are attempting to gather pictures and addresses of where they will be staiyng."
This may indicate that Sullivan was aware that groups of BLM members were being bused in and staying in D.C. Given that Sullivan is a BLM member himself this is very likely the case. Its also apparent that there was concerns around keeping the location they were staying at private.
Sullivan posted a map on Twitter from his account, Jayden X, on January 5th which had an insignia of, "Antifa Super Soldiers Signit Team", with locations all around the US Capitol and National Mall advertised by red dots.
On January 5th, at 10:18, from Washington, DC Sullivan Tweets advertising that he will be posting live updates and videos of the protest and states "follow me if you want to see more because you are not allowed to go live any longer." He also shared this tweet to his affinity group via his Insurgence USA telegram chat.
John Sullivan was providing Counter Intel and video footage for his affinity group. Here are his many posts on telegram evidencing this. His posts evidence that he and his fellow Antifa were present on January 5th and January 6th at the protests amongst Trump supporters in DC.
